El equipo, multidisciplinar y formado por 36 estudiantes de varias escuelas de la UPM, ha dise\u00f1ado y construido una embarcaci\u00f3n que combina tecnolog\u00eda de hidroalas (foils) con una propulsi\u00f3n 100 % limpia, mediante pila de combustible de hidr\u00f3geno y bater\u00edas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proyecto aspira a participar en la <\/span><b>Monaco Energy Boat Challenge<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, una competici\u00f3n internacional que impulsa la innovaci\u00f3n en movilidad mar\u00edtima sostenible. La embarcaci\u00f3n tiene una eslora de <\/span><b>7,4 metros<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y una manga de <\/span><b>1,6 metros<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, medidas optimizadas para mejorar sus prestaciones y su eficiencia en el agua.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una de las caracter\u00edsticas m\u00e1s destacadas del <\/span><b>Green Foiling Spain<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es la incorporaci\u00f3n de un <\/span><b>sistema de foils con control autom\u00e1tico de vuelo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que permite a la embarcaci\u00f3n elevarse sobre el agua, reducir la resistencia y aumentar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica. Adem\u00e1s, la combinaci\u00f3n de pila de combustible de hidr\u00f3geno con bater\u00edas garantiza una propulsi\u00f3n totalmente limpia, en l\u00ednea con los objetivos de sostenibilidad y reducci\u00f3n de emisiones del sector mar\u00edtimo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proyecto tiene adem\u00e1s un fuerte componente formativo: buena parte del equipo desarrolla sus <\/span><b>Trabajos de Fin de Grado y de M\u00e1ster<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en torno al desarrollo de la embarcaci\u00f3n. Por otra parte, <\/span><b>Green Foiling Spain<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sirve de plataforma de ensayo para investigaci\u00f3n doctoral, fomentando la colaboraci\u00f3n entre disciplinas y la innovaci\u00f3n en ingenier\u00eda naval y oce\u00e1nica.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pasi\u00f3n por el mar, la ingenier\u00eda
